UPDATES TO OUR WEBSITE

Our page is currently being ramped up with information for the 2017 season.  We will be sharing game schedules, upcoming events, game results and providing numerous updates throughout the season.  Thank you for your patience during this process.  In the meantime, if you are interested in volunteering with the concession stand, announcing during home games, holding the chains during football games, working at the annual cheerleading competition, coaching or working at any of our fundraisers, please contact President Ted Koziol at theodore.koziol@gmail.com for more details.

GAME SCHEDULES POSTED ABOVE

The game schedules have been posted above.  Please note that there are 4 different game schedules (one for flag, one for 8u, one for 14u and one for 10u/12u).  Due to Killingly/Brooklyn leaving the SNEYFC, Stonington not fielding a 14u team and numerous towns not fielding 8u programs the release of the schedule by the SNEYFC was substantially delayed.  We appreciate your patience with this matter.  If you have any questions about the schedule please contact Ted Koziol at theodore.koziol@gmail.com.

For Flag Football, since the GHS JV Football Schedule has not had all of their games added to it, there is strong possibility that there will be conflicts in using the game field on Saturday mornings.  If this occurs we will just use the practice football field for games.

2017 CONCESSION STAND SCHEDULE

As you are all aware, each family has an obligation to work in the concession stand unless you opted for the buyout at registration.  Due to the fact that we have only 4 home games for travel football/cheerleading, the concession stand responsibility is very limited to where a majority of the league only needs to work one quarter during the season.  Some families will be required to work two quarters due to the lack of buyouts on a specific team or a limited number of participants on a specific team.  Either way the commitment is minimal in order for us to keep our registration fees as low as they are.

If you need to change your shift, please contact your Team Parent or Head Coach and they will communicate the change to the Board of Directors.  We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding in fulfilling your requirement to make the league work!

Please open the document above so you can see when you are required to work. Thanks!

2017 Walk-A-Thon Pledge Sheet

Part of the fees that you paid upfront with registration was your mandatory share of the Walk-A-Thon for the 2017 season.  By using the pledge sheet posted above you are able to recoup the funds that you paid in advance by having your child solicit donations from friends and family.  If you choose not to recoup the funds that is entirely up to you.  If you choose to recoup the funds, please use the attached pledge sheet to do so.  Additional funds collected by your child (over their initial contribution) can be submitted to the league and the two children who collect the most funds will receive gift cards!
